Welcome to the June edition of the BusinessOptix newsletter.

This month, we are diving into Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management. We will be sharing our new GRC solution sheet, an industry article and 2 new blogs, to help you get to grips with digitizing GRC management and keep you ahead of the risk and compliance curve.

Risk... it's an Everyone Problem!

Risks are a double-edged sword in the business world; they have the potential to either erode enterprise value or, if managed well, create opportunities for competitive advantage.

Read our solution sheet to learn how you can consolidate your entire risk framework into a single, accessible hub where documentation, controls, and processes are centralized for easy team access. You can also record and track all risk events, maintaining a full audit trail and efficient management of GRC tasks and actions. Take a proactive stance to streamline your risk management efforts and you will be able to quickly respond to potential threats and minimize their impact.

Digitalizing GRC

According to a survey by NAVEX, around two-thirds of organizations rely on Microsoft Office and other common workplace applications to handle aspects of their GRC program. Surprisingly, between 12% and 28% of them still resort to paper-based methods for GRC data management.

These results highlight the trend we are seeing in companies talking to BusinessOptix to seek out more robust and digitized ways to manage risk.
